We just finished off this 25 Unit Multi Family Project in Farmington, ME with E.W. Littlefield Inc., @AvestaHousing, and @KaplanThompsonArchitects.⁠

The entire building, including the units, corridors, accessory rooms, and ductwork all received Aeroseal Applications. ⁠
⁠
Although this is one building, it will house 25 families/couples/individuals. That means 25 different "homes." This is how we need to start thinking about multi family projects as an industry.⁠

Everything stems from the exoskeleton, aka the exterior building envelope, but if there's a substantial amount of air infiltration from unit to unit or unit to common space, we're choosing to ignore building performance from a holistic perspective. ⁠
