As a second-generation builder and a carpenter by trade, Alex possesses extensive experience in the construction industry. With a background in both residential and commercial construction, ranging from code-built projects to deep energy retrofits and passive house construction, Alex understands the full spectrum of foundation-to-finish processes and the cyclical challenges currently facing industry leaders. This insight has given him a clear vision of the practices needed to address the industry’s workforce challenges.
