Alex Lord - Owner
Alex Lord is a second-generation builder and carpenter by trade who founded Lord Building Solutions (LBS) in 2023, with the goal of pushing the construction industry towards more affordable and repeatable high-performance building practices. Over the last few years, Alex has pioneered the adoption of Aeroseal Technology (Aeroseal Envelope / AeroBarrier & Aeroseal Duct) into the construction industry throughout Northern New England. While many in the trades know him as “The Goo Dude,” or that “Air Sealing Guy,” his deeper expertise lies in high-performance assemblies, deep energy retrofits, and blower door testing, focusing on creating airtight, healthy, and energy-efficient structures built to last.
