Cobalt Construction Management builds tight homes. This leaky, inherited shell was not up to his or his clients standard. That said, in two days, with less than 4 hours of sealing time, we were able to exceed everyone’s exceptions including that of our own.
With all large bypasses repaired prior to the install, our Blower Door Directed Air Sealing sealed the remaining leak points up to a half inch thick.

We guarantee a 70% reduction in air leakage on all new construction and gut renovation projects, but that doesn’t mean we won’t take it to the next level. If that graph continues to trend down, and the builder has an aggressive air sealing goal, we’ll keep pumpin’ that AeroBarrier!
